The other day, I picked up a new brand of bread called Finax Gyllengrova Havre (Swedish for “Golden Oats”, very roughly translated). And I'm seriously beginning to wonder what the heck they did to this thing, because it's the most delicious bread I've had in a long time. To make my confusion even worse, the bread is keyhole certified (a mark given to food products in Sweden if they fulfill certain requirements of being “healthy”, such as low fat and sugar contents—basically, keyhole foods are supposed to be healthier than other foods). In other words, I can't figure out what the catch is. Did they lace this stuff with heroin or something?

Assuming I'm not going to die from an oat overdose tomorrow morning, this bread is awesome. Pick some up if you're Swedish, you'll like it.

I like sweet things—everyone does, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth—so sometimes I pick up some kind of baked goods from the store. Today, that was a packet of Bisca Lemon Bite Size, because I was bored with the stuff I normally get.
